SPRING FALLS

I was photographing waterfalls from the end of February to April of this year.
Among them, the memorable event was when I was invited by the spring sunshine and went to “Sarubo Falls” on the border between Hyogo Prefecture and Tottori Prefecture.

When I drive up the narrow mountain road, there is a signboard that says “closed due to snow” at a point of 2 to 3 kilometers to the destination, “Sarubo Falles”! I went down the mountain in the back.
When I checked with the local people on the way, they said that it is closed nutil May every year. That’s too bad!
I couldn’t help it, so I got off the mountain and heard that there was a waterfall near the ski resort, so I looked for it and took a picture untill the sun went down.

In the end, I havn’t been to the original destination, “Sarubo Falls”, yet.
